Garage Parking Permits

Overview

Monthly Parking passes are available to obtain or purchase online by visiting the new Permit Portal. If you have any questions or concerns you may email the Parking Department or call 610-250-6642 or 610-250-6643. Spaces are limited and you will be notified when your application is approved.

Current Rates

4Th Street Garage

• $75 per month per vehicle for 24-hour day parking.
• $20 per month per vehicle for employees working downtown between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Pay stubs are required to qualify for this rate.

South Third Street Garage

• $75 per month per vehicle for 24-hour day parking.
• $20 per month per vehicle for employees working downtown between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Pay stubs are required to qualify for this rate.

The 4th Street and 3rd Street Parking Garages utilize Flash PARCS system with License Plate Readers (LPR) cameras to scan license plates and allow entry and exit. Monthly permit holders can also use backup credentials to enter and exit the garage if the LPR fails to scan the vehicle license plate.
