Overview
The Parking Department handles enforcement of parking regulations (meters, violations), permit management, appeals/disputes of tickets, and oversight of public parking lots and municipal garages. It also provides information and services to residents and visitors: where to park, how to pay, what fees are, etc.
There are two main municipal parking garages:
- South Third Street Parking Garage (Intermodal Garage), at 123 S. Third Street.
- North Fourth Street Garage, behind the Easton Public Market.
There are also multiple surface lots, metered lots, and smaller pay-by-app lots.
Free-parking options are available in certain lots (especially during non-peak hours, evenings, and weekends), such as county courthouse lots.
